- The diamond ground point of the carbide tip allows 40% less drilling pressure and provides easy centring, therefore no risks of cracks in tiles, etc. Drilling a hole close to the edge of a tile is no problem.
- The asymmetrical flute is specially developed for fast dust removal, and also ensures a perfectly clean hole in the object to be fixed; also to fit the plug, frame anchor or hammer screw/plug combination, etc.
- It can drill any material up to hardness 6 by rotary action, and is therefore less damaging to the environment: lack of hammer vibrations will lengthen the life of the drill bit and the machine.
- It is ideal for fixing jobs where different materials are to be drilled through in one working process: eliminating the need to change drill bits saves time.
- The Borgh multi-purpose drill bit can drill bricks, floor tiles, limestone, clinker bricks, eternit, ceramics, reinforced plastic, plasterboard, china, fire bricks, marble, slate, construction iron, cast iron, aluminium, brass, copper and extremely hard wood.
